                                         Malabar banana leaf fried fish


 
 
Ingredients:

1.Fish-3 pieces
2.Ginger Garlic Paste-30 gm
3.Chilli powder-1/2 spoon
4.Corriender powder-1/2 spoon
5.geera powder-1/4 spoon
6.Red chilli powder-1 spoon
7.Banana leaf-1.
8.Coconut oil,salt.

Method :

1.Take a bowl & put all the masala items in it along with the fish.
    leave them for 10 mins.
2.Deep fry the fishes in the coconut oil.
3.Put the fish pieces in the babana leaf.Fold & tie it & put
   them in the idly cooker & cook for 2 mins.
